Gloucester Guildhall has just launched a brand new Business and Community Members’ Scheme,
The Guildhall Network, aimed at Gloucestershire-based organisations, which enables members to
receive a discount on ticket prices for films and live events at the county’s liveliest and most diverse
venue, Gloucester Guildhall. It’s a great perk for the staff of the organisations who sign up and is our
way of giving something back to the companies that make Gloucester what it is.

Am I eligible?

If you are a Gloucestershire-based organisation and have a company number, charity number or
similar then YES!

For your employees or members to qualify for a concessionary rate on selected Guildhall events all
you need to do is circulate the monthly listing email we send to you via an “all staff” email or similar.
If this is not an appropriate method for you were are happy to discuss alternatives.
Proof of eligibility for the concessionary rate will be required when collecting tickets – this could be
in the form of a staff ID badge, branded pay slip, business card coupled with a photocard driving
licence etc. We just need to know which form of ID your staff will be using so we can let our box
office team know.

Does this offer apply to all Gloucester Guildhall events?

It applies to all films but only certain live events. The live events that are applicable will be indicated
on the listings emails but people can always contact our box office on 01452 50 30 50 to check
whether there is a concessionary rate available.

If you’re interested in joining the scheme or want more information give Chloe a call on 01452 396

The Guildhall Network (Business and Community Members’ scheme) is open to all Gloucestershire-based organisations that have a company number, charity number or similar.

The scheme is free to join – all organisations have to do to get discounts for their staff or members at Gloucester Guildhall is to distribute our What’s On listings via an all-staff email.

This offer is available on all films and selected live events at Gloucester Guildhall. The box office will be able to advise which events offer a concessionary rate.

Only one ticket can be bought at a concessionary price per eligible patron – e.g. an OAP could not buy two tickets at concession prices if their guest isn’t also eligible for a concession.

Proof of eligibility will be decided by the organisation when signing up for the scheme.

Proof of eligibility per concession ticket will be required at time of booking (if in person) or when collecting tickets – e.g. if two tickets are purchased at a concessionary price then two forms of acceptable ID will be required when collecting the ticket to prove both people are eligible for a concession.

Proof of eligibly may be required before admittance to a film or live event – please make sure you are carrying your ID.
